The building is located in the planning area of Con Tien, Hoi An. There are have a lot of nipa palm conservation. The client requested the design of a calm and tranquil space that wanted to be separated from the outside world, so the architect used their design experience to create a block of houses covered with earth and skyrockets. In addition, the landscape surrounding the building is also planted with coconut and water coconut.
